Aging Clock

It is well known that the gut microbiome affects the state of human health and disease, and can regulate everything from digestion to immune function.
The Aging Clock we are developing analyzes samples of gut microbiota, applies these data to a computer program with machine learning algorithms, and links various gut microbiota with age groups to accurately predict age.
In the early stages of MARC's research, the gut microbiome Aging Clock estimated human age within an error of ± 6 years, but the currently developed gut microbiome Aging Clock produces results within ± 3.4 years, which is more precise than results produced by the world's gut microbiome Aging Clock estimate range, which is within ± 3.9 years.
This gut microbiome Aging(prediction) Clock is provided to participants in the MARC study for them to check their individual aging results through the DsBiome-Gut service.
